Security is great, when working...nice to visit, not to live here!

I will have to agree with a previous posting that the repairs ARE slow to
happen.If you want into one of the builidings, a person has to ring the
buzzer. I know some people's buzzers have been broken since moving in over a year ago. My buzzer has also been broken since I've moved in. Repairs happen VERY slowly (if at all), but they really quick to let you know if money is owing!!! Parking
spaces VERY VERY narrow. Apartment VERY drafty and poorly constructed - light
switch plates do not cover holes, very drafty, toilets use more water
than necessary and still do not perform as supposed to (usually takes two
flushes to flush one tissue when toilet is empty). I get the impression from the assistant management that you are interuptiing when wanting something EXCEPT to hand over the rent.
The ONLY redeeming quality is the security features - gated entry into complex and
into buildings.
