Only live here if you don't like getting bills or mantinence on time

In the 8 months I've lived here, I've received a water bill two times. Every time, the management makes an excuse as to why it's late (or never arrives, as has been the case all but those two times), and treats me like I'm a moron by asking me every time if I know what it looks like, and maybe I just threw it out.
Also, getting anything fixed takes literally forever. We have dual folding doors in front of the washer/dryer, and one door broke. From the day I initially called them regarding this issue, it took 10 weeks to get it repaired because it wasn't life threatening, like a plumbing or electrical issue. The one plumbing issue I had' Took two weeks because they had filed my "needs work" request into the "completed work request" file by mistake.
And since I have dogs, any time someone near my building doesn't pick up poop, I get a notice to comply and a threat of fines. There is a large black lab that looks kind of like my large blue great dane, if you're mostly blind, and every time it's loose on the property, I get a call and a notice that my dog is out.
The gate doesn't work at least once a week. Either it won't open to let you in/out, or it just stays open all the time. And once it breaks, count on at least three days for them to fix it.
And don't live downstairs. The buildings are very pretty both inside and out, but they are old, and even though my upstairs neighbors a slim people with no children, you can hear them every time they move.
