It is very refreshing to see that there is finally new management for these apartments. I have lived here for 10 years and have to say that after the last management that was here the new managers are fantastic! They genuinely care about the residents current and new. I now have everything fixed in my apartment. I highly recommend this complex once again.

this place is a joke !! for some odd reason diana feels like we need to bring 4th plain over here to our beautiful cascade park area she's letting any hooligan in these apartments it makes me sick !! all of a sudden there's two groups of "tweaker" kids selling drugs and hangin in the parking lot.. i'm out of here!
