I was told that there are some bad comments about this place. So I couldn't wait to write something about the new management. I am very impressed with them. They really seem to have it together. They are really professional. I'm glad to see Fredi is still here because he is a very good maintenance man. It is truely a great place to live. I love the fact that it's gated.

this place is a joke !! for some odd reason diana feels like we need to bring 4th plain over here to our beautiful cascade park area she's letting any hooligan in these apartments it makes me sick !! all of a sudden there's two groups of "tweaker" kids selling drugs and hangin in the parking lot.. i'm out of here!
