I have lived here for a little over one year. I have always loved the apartments! I have kids and the pool area is great! Two pools and a beautiful waterfall area- almost looks like a resort or something. There are plenty of other kids for my boys to play with. My apartment itself is wonderful- it has a TON of room and lots of light, a fireplace, etc.. really well done. All of my appliances are great. I've lived in a lot of places in Vancouver and this is by far the best rental I have lived in.
Finally, the management is wonderful! About six months ago new management took over and everything that anyone might have complained about in the past totally changed. The two girls in the office are always nice and helpful. Maintenance crew is totally on it if any problem arises.
I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!

this place is a joke !! for some odd reason diana feels like we need to bring 4th plain over here to our beautiful cascade park area she's letting any hooligan in these apartments it makes me sick !! all of a sudden there's two groups of "tweaker" kids selling drugs and hangin in the parking lot.. i'm out of here!
