I have lived here for several years and can finally say I really enjoy it here. Before the new manager came along it was very hard to get anything done and the place looked horrible. Now that the new manager is here things have changed for the better. The place looks so much better and things go much smoother. Transactions are smoother as well as everything else. Diana is wonderful!

BUT! We have lost are free Cable TV, now we pay over 35 dollars per month for trash and the Speed Bumps are so big that you need a truck not to drag the bottom of your car. So how much will Diana take away??

this place is a joke !! for some odd reason diana feels like we need to bring 4th plain over here to our beautiful cascade park area she's letting any hooligan in these apartments it makes me sick !! all of a sudden there's two groups of "tweaker" kids selling drugs and hangin in the parking lot.. i'm out of here!
