I can't say enough about this place. THe apartments for one are huge! THe decks, bathrooms (try 14ftx5ft), rooms, everything was spacious. Clean. Almost too clean everywhere, including the grounds. If you need something fixed the maintainence staff is there within an hour. No lie! THe residents were cool, respectfull and people kept to themselves mostly. The clubhouse had brand new equipment and the pool/hottub is too sexy at night, stunning during the day. If you live parallell to HWY 14 (deck facing) be prepared for the noise (only when outside) from the traffic which is steady all day until midnite. The plus is the lights from Portland and you get to watch the plane traffic over the Columbia. Ilive in Tacoma now but if I ever had to move back to the 'couv it would be there. Great staff as well. I got all my deposit back even though there were some things I was worried about. Also, you are only 3-5 minutes to I-205 so this place on top of the stellar conditions is quite strategic! Don't waste your time looking elsewhere!

this place is a joke !! for some odd reason diana feels like we need to bring 4th plain over here to our beautiful cascade park area she's letting any hooligan in these apartments it makes me sick !! all of a sudden there's two groups of "tweaker" kids selling drugs and hangin in the parking lot.. i'm out of here!
