I toured this community on several occasions....The amenites are great, beautiful pools, tanning etc. The apts are being renovated, they have a nice layout. The price is a little high (800 range for a 2 bedroom) which is why we didn't rent here but it could be worth the money...The manager is nice and helpfull.

this place is a joke !! for some odd reason diana feels like we need to bring 4th plain over here to our beautiful cascade park area she's letting any hooligan in these apartments it makes me sick !! all of a sudden there's two groups of "tweaker" kids selling drugs and hangin in the parking lot.. i'm out of here!
