We lived in a 2br apt for 6 months. Initially the prices were low which made it appealing, but the prices have gone up since and you now have to pay for water which makes them overpriced compared to other places in the area.

Lanscaping at the entrance seems nice, but around the apartments (road and flowerbeds) there is most often trash laying around from other tenants and their children. There were children playing in the parking lot, unattended, almost every hour of the day. There is a nice pool, but the water was often dirty and people would leave there things/trash laying around.

The apartments are average to outdated. Cabinents, were outdated and didnt close flush. The countertops were old laminate with stains. The appliances worked well and were in good condition. The windows in the units are terrible! They are very thin (i think single pane), and let sound and cold air in. When the train went by, we thought it was inside the room.

Overall its a descent location, but the other tenants, cleanliness, and outdated units are a serious drawback. There are many other apartments within a mile or two, with better accomodations for the same price. If you can talk them down in price it may be worth it.

this place is a joke !! for some odd reason diana feels like we need to bring 4th plain over here to our beautiful cascade park area she's letting any hooligan in these apartments it makes me sick !! all of a sudden there's two groups of "tweaker" kids selling drugs and hangin in the parking lot.. i'm out of here!
