I almost wonder if it isn't the management themselves that have written the glowing comments.

When I first moved in I loved these apartments. But now, not so much. The hot tub has not worked consistently for two years. Right now, it has been out of order since Dec. The management knows, but do nothing.

There have been times when baggies full of dog poop have collected at the bottom of the waste container for at least three weeks. There is no residential emergency number you can use at night and the management dosen't keep there posted hours at all. Not even close.

They did nothing to keep the residents safe during the snowstorm, and they don't fix hazards, my pregnant neighbor has fallen down the last few steps of the outdoor staircase twice and they still haven't fixed the gutter that causes the problem. Sidewalks have 1 to 2 inch cracks that are hard not to trip in. Where the wood is missing. I don't know how to answer the question about the grounds because they are beautiful with the waterfall and landIscaping, but then there are the places you can't walk because of all the dog poop. Beautiful but unkept isn't an option. I have to pick something, so I am going to mark the lowest, understand it could be wonderful.

The mainetance people are good, they are just not asked to fix things. So again, the stars and descriptions don't offer the right option.

They seem mercenary. Every time your lease expires, they will stop paying for something they originally paid for or charge you for something new.

This has turned into the worst place I have ever lived.

I used to highly recommend these aprtments and think the higher prices were absolutely worth it. My lease expires in June and I am moving.

We apologize for the fact that we have had problems with the spa. Last year was the heater and now this year the State of Washington decided that we needed to change the drain covers which caused several communities to close down due to back order. These issues have now been resolved. As far as our doggie poop issues, we do have some people that do not comply with the rules which will only cause the ones that are good to lose their privledges. We know who these people are and are taking care of this. The gutter was fixed for the resident who said their stairs were slippery. The wood missing in the sidewalks seem to continue to disappear at times which are replaced. Our maintenance team is fabulous and is asked to complete things that residents call in for and that we find a problem on the property. We definately go out of our way for our residents and feel completely embarrased at the fact that this person feels the way they do. Communication is everything and if there are things to be done we do everything in our power to make sure that the resident is comfortable and happy. As far as things going up, we are still the lowest price for our area and with prices going up all the time we need to keep up with those rising prices unfortunately by raising rents. Things cannot always stay the same. When we had the ice and snow storm we did everything in our power to keep things safe for our residents but when it gets that bad there comes a point that you cannot keep up. We deiced and then all the stores where out when we tried to get more. That was an act of God that we could not control. As far as our ratings, we would never post anything about ourselves. They come from the residents that are extremely happy and some have lived here for more than 15 years. We apologize to this resident and hope that we can resolve any issues you have if you would just come in and talk to us and let us know what is wrong. Sincerely, Cascade Park Management

Now thats funny. Every since you have obtained a new management company this place has gone down hill and so has your sister property. I would not recommend Cascade Park and of course not Oakbrook. We were seeing alot of improvements but over the last year its going down hill. Maybe the staff needs replaced not the Management company. Let me give you a hint be nice to people does not get the job done. You need to follow through with what you say. Favoritism is really bad at Cascade Park and if you are not in the good crowd nothing gets done. I am not here to make friends with the staff I am here to live in peace. I hope things get better because right now both properties do not have a good rep.....

I think the management staff is WONDERFUL! And, I think my apartment is BEAUTIFUL! However, my neighbors are not so wonderful. If I move, it will be because of my wayward neighbors.

this place is a joke !! for some odd reason diana feels like we need to bring 4th plain over here to our beautiful cascade park area she's letting any hooligan in these apartments it makes me sick !! all of a sudden there's two groups of "tweaker" kids selling drugs and hangin in the parking lot.. i'm out of here!
