In my opinion..
This place is a nightmare. If the property owners knew what this manager and so called assist are doing to the residents they would be fired on the spot. Don't let the pretty waterfall fool you too. This place is a dump. The manager and her assist are despicable.
Dog poop container is overflowing most of the time.
Nothing gets fixed completely.
They have lied to me more times than I can count.
I would NEVER recommend Cascade Park Apartments. Especially as long as this manager and assist are still here.

Watch them smile as they give you the sales pitch and then once you sign....watch them stab you in the back. Good Luck.

I am not nor have I ever been on staff at Cascade Park. I lived there in 2004-2006 and really enjoyed it. The manager at the time was named Jolene and she was great. The maintenance staff at the time was quick and courteous and I never, ever waited more than one day to get anything fixed. It was quiet as well. The ranking that surprises me more than any this user has was for safety....are there a bunch of hoodlums and tweakers living there now? When we were there they had a gated entrance and all paths into the complex could only be entered with a lock. If this post is someone with real issues and not just some disgruntled tenant, I feel sad that a place that was once so nice has gone down-hill so far.

it might have been good in 04-06 but as soon as DIANA aka idiot took over the staff this place has gone to crap !!! they need to get rid of the staff immediately and especially the manager diana !! this is not just some crap that's being made up she really has put a huge damper on this place !! i wonder how long it's been since the actual owner has even been to cascade park apts??? obviously too long cause if he/she did diana's butt would be canned !!!

Holy crap. Diana is still there? I left that place because of her. She was clueless. She must be miserable in life. She's such a lier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner is bound to open his or her eyes sooner or later. Cascade Park Apts could be pretty nice with the right manager. It needs a lot of work and with the right manger things could get up and running properly.

this place is a joke !! for some odd reason diana feels like we need to bring 4th plain over here to our beautiful cascade park area she's letting any hooligan in these apartments it makes me sick !! all of a sudden there's two groups of "tweaker" kids selling drugs and hangin in the parking lot.. i'm out of here!
