I would never recommend this place.
Parking......People will park in you spot
Noise........... I hear HW 14, TRAINS, and DOGS barking, & neighbors.
The Grounds.....only looks nice at the front gate, dog poop, trash, ect.
Safty.......cars get broken into and windows smashed.
Construction....... I would NOT trust anything around here.
Maintenance........ dog poop everywhere and nothing get fixed.
Staff.............. T H E W O R S T !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Overall.................... Horrible.

You are obviously a disgruntled ex-tenant. I just love how the bad people that the managers get rid of always seem to post things on this site. They just can't seem to accept their faults and move on. I use to live here then moved away only to return due to the fact that this place is so fabulous.

You're wrong. You must have very low standards. I was fooled and am leaving as soon as my lease is up. I feel sorry for you if you truly beleive the manger and staff have your best intrest in mind. There is no way you could think this place is "fabulous". There is nothing fabulous about it.

UH TRUST THE PERSON WHO WROTE THAT THIS PLACE IS FABULOUS OBVIOUSLY IS A MEMBER OF THE STAFF CAUSE THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED AND THE WORST STAFF I'VE EVER EVER EVER DEALT WITH... GET RID OF THE STAFF !!!

this place is a joke !! for some odd reason diana feels like we need to bring 4th plain over here to our beautiful cascade park area she's letting any hooligan in these apartments it makes me sick !! all of a sudden there's two groups of "tweaker" kids selling drugs and hangin in the parking lot.. i'm out of here!
