I lived here for 4 years in the late 90's, and as a first apartment, it wasn't too bad.
I hated the lack of counter and cupboard space, & w/out a storage closet, things were very tight.
Corner units near the front of the complex are the best if you want to move here.
BUT...
My best friend lives here now, & the place looks like trash.
Garbage is piled everywhere, cars broke down throughout the complex, & kids run wild at all hours with no supervision, I see them destroying the grounds every day.
The managment is a revolving door, & they pack people into units without checking how many people are living there.
(I've counted 9 adults living one unit, I was curious because I had no where to park.) My friends upstairs neighbor's are really young and party all hours.
They are so loud they keep people awake on the other side of the units! And managment will try & cram you far away from the pffice, but they have better corner units available up front that have been empty for months.
Don't move here if you can avoid it!

how can you count 9 people living in an apartment. Did you ask each every 9 of them if they lived there? Maybe they were having a get together. My uncle has and still lives there for more then 10 years and i often go over there and see no difference from when I lived there. yeah there are kids running around cause they are kids. It is a kid friendly environment, there is a park right behind the office for them to play at. What else are they supposed to do?? If your friend wants extravagant, no kids running around, and cars not to be expected to be broke down, maybe she needs to buy and move to her very own property.
