I have been living here for about six months, and compared to the last place I lived, it is amazing.
The management is very nice, and always willing to help.
The only problem I had is that when we moved in we signed a three month lease, when that was up we wanted to sign another three month lease and found out that only new residents have that option.
The shortest lease I could sign was eight months.
That was one of the major reasons we moved here and so now we are on a month to month which has added $60 a month to our rent.
Not the greates.
The office also will not accept packages for you so if you are not home they will not leave anything for you.
That sounds like a lot of complaining but really it is pretty good.
The maitenance team is great, always right on top of fixing everything.
You are allowed to paint your apartment and install cabinet latches (if needed).
They really encourage you to make it your home and that is important when you are renting an apartment! When we moved in the carpet was so clean I mistook it for new.
They do a very thorough job cleaning the apartment before move in, and if you renew a six month lease you get a free carpet cleaning! always a plus!
