I've lived at the Cascades for about two years and absolutely love it. It's a really nice community and is the best price I've found in the area. I've considered moving before, but after looking around, there was nothing that could beat what I was paying unless I moved to the ghetto side of town, which was definitely not an option, considering I live alone. When I first got here there was a new manager on staff and I have to say that things have really picked up around here since then! The maintenance staff are always on top of their game and take care of things almost immediately and the office staff is always smiling and helpful. I disagree with a lot of the comments made previously, but I do understand where they are coming from. When I first moved back to the area and looked at the place, it was definitely not a place I would have considered. But when I gave it a 2nd look, it looked like a whole new place! I've lived in a lot of apartments and I have to say that this is by far one of the best places I've been in. There is a lot of parking spots (which I had a lot of issues with at some of my old places, where I was paying a lot more for!), there are tons of trees around which makes it feel a lot cozier, and I love being so close to the freeways and just about everything else. The neighbors are great and the staff is always doing something nice for us. We got muffins one morning and tons of food at the last two pool events they had! Managment has always done what they can to accomadate me and I've referred a lot of friends and family here who love it. And you can NOT beat the size of the bedroom and bathroom! Wow! I love it here and don't plan on going anywhere until I purchase a home and with what I've been paying, I've been able to afford to save away more. So....... I highly recommend it!!
