The layout is great, I think these were probably really nice 10 years ago! They badly need to be upgraded but the management company (Norris & Stevens) is way to cheap to let that happen!

The units are large, but they are falling apart! Part of my ceiling fell in a week after I moved in. My kitchen floor was appauling! Somebody had a dishwasher break and leak under the flooring before I moved in and it was molding for who knows how long! There were green and black spots that bore through the linoleum and patches were it actually bubbled up, not to mention the holes left by the previous tenant! I had a light bulb blow out (not burn out, but BLOW out) in the dining room- It just exploded, I'm just lucky my kids weren't standing in the vicinity when it happened.

The managers could be better, and worst! They are ---- about some stuff (the stupid stuff) and laid back about other stuff! The annoying management company wouldn't seem so bad if the units were updated!
