DEA Investments will try and get you for every penny they can. We got a great move out walkthrough, and they still tried to say we owed more than $400 over the $500 deposit we paid. And 43 days after we moved we had to call them to inquire about it. Washington law says they have to contact us within 14 days or they owe us the whole deposit. On top of that after giving our written 20 days notice and setting up a payment plan to cover the next months rent because we hadn't given the notice enough in advance, they tried to evict us because they thought we were taking too long cleaning the place, so we ended up leaving 5 days before our 20 days was up. Don't do any business with DEA Investments, and this guy "Haze" who represents them. They are shady and will try to screw you. The onsite managers are nice enough, but are somewhat clueless about certain things. When we asked for the phone number for the main office, they first gave us a totally wrong number, then a number for someone at DEA Investments that had nothing to do with Concord Arms and got mad at us for calling. That person finally gave us the right number to call. And don't bother trying to set up an actual meeting with this "Haze" character... he's at an "undisclosed location".
