the worst i have ever lived the people are just crap there the kids play out side and people complain that thay are to loud so kids haft to play with out making no sound the same gos for the play ground

Sorry, but I am sick to death of noisy people and managers who let it go. I personally would love to find some place where they stomp on noise-makers like Nazis. If your biggest complaint is that they're too strict about noise, THEN YOU HAVE NO COMPLAINT. You sound like the kind of person I would hate to have move in next to me.
