My wife and I are current residents at Crown Plaza, and have enjoyed being here.
We find our neighbors to be very friendly, the complex to be clean, quiet and safe.
The management is friendly and helpful,
the one maintenance request we had was taken care of promptly on the same day.
Shopping is close by,nice park two blocks away. After selling our home it's like being on vacation 365 days a year.
We would highly recommend Crown Plaza to people of all ages.

Oh come on, vacation 365 days a year? Want a vacation move to a place that has indoor everything. I looked at the apt, I would rate them 2 and slipping. They have clean grounds but there old and have no up to date windows. This place screams high El Bills. 2 sliders!! This sound like it was written by management.

I live here and love it. Our energy bill for Nov. is $60 for 2 bed with 2 people. Old, but nice. Don't diss on what you have not even stayed in.

I also live here & the energy bills are always between 30-60 bucks (summer/winter). Older property but nice. The windows & sliders are double paned & I have no issues with drafts.
