I was forced to move out of my apartment because of my ex husband. The staff was wonderful until I vacated the premesis. They asked to have some of my old furniture and said they would make me a deal on what I had left owing.

They sent me a bill two months later for $1200. They tried to charge me rent fot two units because they had mistakenly given me the wrong apartment in the first place. They would not let me view the apartment until I signed the lease. After I told them the apartment was unacceptable they promiced me a new apartment. They said it would be one week, it took three. I had to spend Christmas and New Years without a home.

I was allowed to store my stuff in the first apartment but was not allowed to live there. It took them three weeks to get my new apartment ready. They lied over and over and I had to find places to stay for almost one month. When we finally got into the new apartment they promiced to dicount my rent for all my extra moving costs (two u-hauls, people to help, storage fees, electric and phone transfer twice). They were very decietful and unproffessional. I had to vacate the apartment before even spending one night in the complex. I restored the unit to it's pre move in condition, I paid them $400 dollars, and I allowed them to show it before my month was up. They charged me for a pet that I did not have I have a vet reciept that shows my cat died prior to my moving into the apartment), for cleaning of both apartments ( they told me to leave my donated stuff, their mantenance man wanted my entertainment center and couch), and for rent in the unit they would not allow me to occupy.

I recognize that I had to move out and terminate my lease, but they re-rented the apartment in 10 days. I had my stuff in the apartment I was supposed to live in for less than one week. They lied over and over about trying to help me. The decieved me from the very beginning, by renting me the wrong apartment.

Please do not rent from these people. They are in the business of SCREWING tenants.

Do you know under Washington law they have to send you a bill in 2 weeks explaining any charges. Anything over you get your money back, as a Tenant I would of gotten a lawer.
