1yr tennat & overall this property has been wonderful for me. The cost is fair for the location, sq ft & economy, the grounds are well maintained & staff are friendly & helpful. The rules & guidelines are minimal but enforced. Security passes through several times nightly, it's very quiet for the size & units are placed well(i.e. singles, families etc). Tennat parking is awesome - right at your door & with the TOW rule keeps your parking spot open! I would like improved lighting & for some units visitor parking is quite far. Max of two pets, cats &/or dogs with some restrictions (i.e. neutered, cats indoor only & dogs size etc). I've had not problems with neighbors - respectful community.
