My wife and I have been residents for 1 year and we love it. For apartments, this one ranks high. We plan on staying for 2 more years, then buying a house. The units are not new by any means, but are comfortable and a good price. They pay water, sewer and garbage. I have never used the pool, but it looks ok. Staff is very nice. The community is really quite compared to my college apartments. Parking is great and we never have to look for a spot. Location is top.
