Do not live here. Management made up fraudulent charges as I left in addition to taking my security deposit. 1200 dollars for carpet cleaning on a 1 bedroom apartment. Apartments are poorly built so downstairs neighbors will hear every step their upstairs neighbor makes.

Thieves, management will make up fraudulent charges as you leave. Horribly cheap construction, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Location is fine, kitchen is fine, below average apartment that will cost as much as a great apartment after they steal from you

Can't wait to move!!
When you first drive into the complex it seems like a beautiful place to live; lots of trees, nice sized decks, somewhat friendly staff and plenty of grass for your dogs. DON'T BE FOOLED! This place is absolutely terrible. The first red flag should have… See More >TomsWorld

Lived in Crystal Creek for 7 years........
I'm not sure who is writing some of these reviews, and quite possibly they were some of the trouble makers who moved in and soon got evicted but the management at Crystal Creek (----- & ------) are both top notch in my book.....I lived at… See More >invancouver

Post lease review
The complex is in the most beautiful setting I've ever encountered in apartment living. Tall pines still adorn the property which gives the area a woodsy feeling. The front entry water feature and the flowers around it and the managers office add a… See More >anonymous

Better Film and Document Every part of move in
They were nice throughout my stay. Traci was nicer. Cristy or the other one was very lazy and usually ingored requests. It was a little dirty, but grounds were nice. My problem was they gave me $600 of my $800 deposit back, even though i… See More >barbequewingz

White-trash Central
For some reason I thought this place was full of nice old people and young professionals - boy was I wrong. If you move here, I hope you like the sweet sounds of stereos, tvs and video games booming through any shared wall. I've been… See More >anonymous

NOT A SAFE PLACE
I have lived in these apts for 4 yesrs, 3 of which my car was broken into and burglarized... they refuse to let any other tenents know that this is going on, they overprice their very not so elegant apts and they SAY they offer… See More >renter98661

Luxury? Not really
This might be one of the coldest winters we've experience (even more so than the winter 2008 storm) but the priority seems to be aesthetics and not livability. Water pipes froze the morning before Thanksgiving. Never had to experience that while living in… See More >anonymous

apartment living can be good
We had never wanted to live in an apartment however we have been here two years and love it. The location is beautiful and the units nice. As with any home there are going to be issues but here they have been few. Would… See More >xplosiv1

Anything but luxury!
For the money, you can do better. You can actually hear your neighbor's bathroom noises through the walls... GROSS! Also reporting my numerous problems with the apartment and eventual need to break my lease they were completely unwilling to work with me. … See More >anonymous

So I read the other review and damn, its NOT that bad. With all apartments you will have some issues but if all you can complain about is bugs then grow up. We have been here about 4 months and havent had any… See More >anonymous

Beautiful place to call home
The rantings of the previous reviews force me to finally write one myself. I would be considered a "long term" resident and can honestly say I've never been asked to "spy" on anyone. That sounds like someones paranoid! Crystal Creek has always been quiet… See More >anonymous

Luxury.......hahaha
This place is way overpriced. There is always bugs everywhere and worst of all is the lack of insulation. You can hear everything including the cupboards closing, doors closing, any conversation of your neighbors, I would have to turn on a bathroom fan so my… See More >Terra at Hazel Dell
