Cons: Mold growth in studio apartment, not enough ventilation even with window & ventilation fan on. They do not enforce their own parking rules, so parking especially by your own apartment may be impossible. Neighbors' cigarette smoke comes up throught the heating & vent systems. Can hear neighbors' phone conversation. Can hear cupboard doors close, washing machines, showers, etc. through the walls. If have a street/parking log facing apartment, very noisy with car engine & door noises. Do not keep up tanning bed maintenance.
Pros: Allow most size dogs!! Park across road. Fairly quiet if get the right apartment location. 24 hr access to fitness equipment & sweat room.
