Wow, I totally disagree with all the negativity. I've lived here at Crystal Creek for 5 years, very happily. I think Q building is the most private (surrounded completely by trees) and thus the nicest, but lots of the other buildings are also well landscaped and have a nice outside environment, with grass, trees, etc. The apts are not your standard "boxes" because they have lots of angled walls and interesting shapes. The master bedroom (in the larger apts) is HUGE!! If you live in a lower apt (Crystal Creek only has two floors) you are going to get noise (people walking, doors closing, etc) from above! That will happen anywhere! I live in an upper unit and the only thing I hear from neighbors is the occasional door closing downstairs...if they play their TV especially loud I might hear that too, but only rarely. The apts are very well sound-insulated from the sides (I have NEVER heard a side neighbor making any noise). Whenever I have a maintenance issue or other concern, I of course report it immediately, and in most cases, it is taken care of in that same day, occasionally the next day if it takes a special part to fix, etc. The management is not "rude"... they are business-like, professional, and honest. The pool is beautiful, the outside hot tub is comfortable, and the small fitness center is just fine. They also offer free aerobics classes most nights of the week, and free tanning and sauna. This place is great, the nicest apt I've ever lived in and I'm well into adulthood. Highly recommended.

employee of Crystal Creek? Did you miss any of the ammenities? This review sounds more like an overview of the apartment complete with the little advertisement for their aerobics... come on....
