This place is way overpriced. There is always bugs everywhere and worst of all is the lack of insulation. You can hear everything including the cupboards closing, doors closing, any conversation of your neighbors, I would have to turn on a bathroom fan so my nosy neighbor couldn't hear every word. I also heard of a lot of people having things stolen from their vehicles! They have longtime residents that do spy on you it is ridiculous. Always watching your every move. Also the manager is married to the head of maintenance, oh by the way they are so lazy it's not even funny. They wander around all day, and get nothing done. I'm shocked that they haven't fired the management yet.
