This place is CRAP. Plain and simple. The women in the office are some of the RUDEST and ARROGANT people I've ever dealt with. They have lost paperwork SO MANY TIMES, not to mention act as if you're a soar in their side everytime you enter the office. They've yet to keep one promise they've made to us prior to moving in. We were ignorant of this place prior to moving in due to us moving from a smaller city - it was only after moving in that we heard how horrible this place is. The FIRST NIGHT we moved in our car was broken into!! The officer proceeds to tell us that this is very common in this area. There's a juvy center across the street (oh, did I mention the two child molesters that live across the street, too') The hot tub has been open MAYBE one month the entire year we have lived here. The grass is NOT grass, it's MUD. The kids around here are HORRIBLE!!! I won't let my daughter move a foot from our front door. They're loud, destructive, rude, and you can count on your property getting messed with. The only thing positive about this place is the very friendly maintenance men. The walls are paper thin - The other person who wrote about hearing someone pee from the other apartment wasn't kidding. Granted, the rent is cheap - but you MOST DEFINITELY get what you pay for here. If you enjoy crack, meth or getting your stuff stolen, WELCOME HOME. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I was reading this review thinking yes to the comments being made and starting laughing out loud when I got to the part about "hearing someone pee" as that is so true! I tell people we live 1 block north of skid row! Don't have Grandma come to visit and come in from the south side of the complex as she might have a heart attack to see the teens girls working 15th Ave and flagging down cars/people for tricks. The Sheriff and other law enforcement agencies are here so often I am surprised The Columbian Newspaper hasn't done a story on this complex or the ones adjacent to it like they did several years ago about Green Tree Apartments on Hazel Dell Ave. If management boasts that there is "Metro Watch" Security here and they are availalbe 24 hours per day...... Don't let them fool you.....I no longer see them walking the grounds like they used to! The older/overweight ones have actually been found sleeping in their cars in the parking lot, parked in a fire zone. Bottom line....I think you get the point!

Did I mention that they have really large dogs there? How do some people get to break the rules? Also, on Friday nights people play their loud music and smash beer bottles in the parking lot! It's also strange that the staff bring their babies to work with them. And the babies are crying when you are trying to talk to the staff. Babies also in the hot tub peeing and such. I thought there was a age limit on kids in hot tubs! mold is on the windows the door locks are broken I thought I heard mice in the walls one time...not sure
