Way overpriced for the quality and service. Nice windows though.

Far too expensive for what you get. This is an older apartment complex with cheap fixtures and appliances. The layouts are very nice though. Paying $940 for a 3 bedroom isn't bad if it's up to date. The dining room has a ceiling fan with the plug in hanging from the ceiling over to the outlet. We moved hear because it has a nice layout and is close to our kid's school. Watch the rent hike. Our first rent hike was $215 per month. Guess what, we moved.
Office also doesn't do anything about the parking. You have to pay extra for a parking permit, then police the jerks who use your spot yourself. Also, plan on paying for water sewer and trash. It's NOT included in the high rent here. My suggestion is to keep looking. You can find a nice place for what they charge here. Also, they don't do anything about large dogs (which aren't allowed) pooping all over the place. Plenty of them live here though.

I agree that the appliances and kitchen cupboards are cheaply made and parking has been sometimes a problem. However, as a owner of a large dog, I was happy to find a fairly nice place that DOES allow large pets. Unfortunately, you are always going to have irresponsible pet owners (of all sizes) that don't pick up after their pets.
