Overall there really is nothing wrong with these apartments. The "unruly" children
as some people complain about are 4 year old girls that run around with dolls and play
like kids. Sccaarrrry! Yes, there are some kids on skateboards in the parking lot, is it a problem, no. They move when you drive through. So whats the big deal' The walls are thin, but the building itself is older. People might have had problems with the old management, but the new office staff is incredibly helpful. Never had a problem thus far. The surrounding neighborhood is mixed. There is a pretty trashy trailer-park type establishment in front of the complex but there are some nice developments around and behind the apartments. For the most part I think people that post on these sites are just disgruntled. Apartment living is apartment living wherever you go, and unless you're willing to pay crazy rent you're not going to live in anything better than average. People need to just suck it up.

You will be paying Crazy rent when they're done with you, don't fool yourself. The noise is not 4yr.olds, it's inside the apartment where you hear people fighting, & upstairs peeing & a waterfall when the toilets flushed. People here are not exaggerating, there are parties, fights, crime, bad management who will tell you "your going to love it here, I live here myself it's great" Beware, DON'T MOVE HERE & if you do then you'll be wishing you didn't & will definately want to move. Also, there is gang activity & nightly illegal activity around here & the place isn't lit very well. The garbage is in an unlit secluded area also, there are also car thefts,boat thefts,break in's. The management,metro watch & police won't clean up this place & it continues to get worse & worse.
