I read all the reviews before I moved in here, and moved in ANYWAY!!! BIG MISTAKE!! I was not given a move-in check list and did not think about it until I was moving out. I was charged for damage I DID NOT DO! You WILL be screwed in one way or another if you move in here. No doubt about it. After I signed a lease, they showed me my assigned parking spot--about a mile away from my door. I constantly feared for my child's safety (and my own). My little girl heard people talking about trying to find Chrystal Meth, and she overheard someone talking about their heroine. People sit outside your door drinking and smoking and partying all night. When I moved out after less than 1 year, I wanted as much of my $600 deposit back as I could get. I purchased new drawer and cupboard handles because the others were so cheap they all broke off. I cleaned until I could hardly walk. The place was spotless, and they gave me $200 back. If you must move in here, get a move-in checklist and document every little friggin' speck of damage. You may get in here on some spectacular move-in specials, but you can be sure you will be screwed while you live here by getting ripped off, and you will be super-screwed upon moving out. It is GUARANTEED!!! Don't say you were not warned. This place is in the business of taking advantage of the poor. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I lived there for one year to the day that I moved in. I had left my huband, but then decided to work things out. They denied him living with me. My sister had video taped the place after moving out. The law states that they have 14 days to send my deposits back or a letter telling me why withheld. They did neither. I was trying to find the manager's name from the web site, no such luck. I found a contact us section, so I contacted them and said that if I was late on my rent I would be charge 10%, therefore I am charging for my full deposits and 10%. Finally nearly a month later, I get a bill for 238.65. One of the things that I was being charged for was cleaning of the blinds, but I had proof that I bought new ones day before moving out. I sued them in small claims court. I wanted double the deposits , as per state law, if intentionally withheld. The judge awarded the full amount plus 10%. At first they tried to claim that the lease was up September 1 and that they were allowing me to give the notice for the 10. The judge asked me why the 10th, I said that's the day I moved in. He agreed with me that they would be a full year.
