OBVIOUSLY I don't need to list why this place is worse than living under a piss infested bridge... So I'll just add that if you are moving out, don't expect a DIME back - as a matter of fact, expect to SOMEhow pay. I am practically OCD about my house being clean and on top of that spent an extra two days scrubbing walls even to make this place sparkle and they screwed us. This place was like a bad case of hemmoroids - I still have nightmares. And if you move in after reading this' You're retarded.
