I agree with the other person. I have lived in this complex for five years and I have not had any issues. I have even transfered here. The new managment seems very nice. I have asked for a couple of favors over the years and I have never had to beg. When I transfered I set up an appointment with the manager who was very accomodating. We walked and discussed the damages and I paid what i damaged. Really look around the area and look at the other complexes. Discovery park is not a bad deal at all.

Get a life. Anybody that has this much time to complain in the internet needs to get a job or a hobby.

You may not care that other people in the complex have to suffer due to the neglect of management, but I do as I am one of them. I am glad that your experience in the complex has been a good one but I really don't think that it's fair to judge someone else's response as you have no idea of their situation and what they are having to deal with.
