Love it. Higher priced but worth it. Noise level is low, I only hear one of my neighbors, but who doesnt when you have kids above you. A lot quieter than anywhere else I have lived. The place is clean overall. Had a few safety concerns (residents that were roudy)when I first moved in and it was taken care of immediately (removed from property). Maintenance and management is great. Parking does suck though. It is only a few feet from my door just tiny and tight, but management is working on it.
