MOLD grows in these units and they do nothing to get rid of it. Their solution is to come in with bleach and paint, however its mold and it will grow back. They just send someone in to bleach and paint again instead of having someone come in and kill it the way you are suppposed to.
We lived in this complex for one year and about the 1st month in we were counting down the days. The kids that live in the complex have no supervision. They run up and down the stairs all day screaming and yelling. Hang out in the parking lot without adult supervison. The garbage situation is nasty. When we first moved in we had multiple dumpsters that were always overflowing and then someone had the bright idea to put one compactor in. Then they decided to make it a locking one. When I went to take out the garbage there was so much on the ground I could not get to the door. Because of this they started going through the garbage and fining the ones who did not put it in the compactor. How are you supposed to put it in the compactor when you cant even get to the door. They put it in the far corner of the complex so if you have kids you have to take them with you to take out the garbage because it is so far from the building we lived in.(We have a 3 and 1 year old how convient is that?)
Parking is another issue. We had an assigned spot but inevidabley someone was always in it. But one of our cars got towed instead. Without warning I might add.
They charge you for your water and garbage but they do it by building and size of apartment you live in. E.G. if you have a 3 bedroom apartment they assume you will use more water than a 2 bedroom in your building. So if someone moves in or out and uses more water than usual the person living in the 3 bedroom pays for it.
People with pets do not clean up after them. I could not let my kids play in the courtyard because inevidably they would step in a pile of poop.
Heating these apartments is not possible. You can have the heat craked up and still feel the air coming through the doors and windows. As well it creates tons of condinsation which brings me back to the mold.Their solution for the condinsation, "keep a window cracked". Are you kidding me? Make me pay extra in heating so you dont have to fix the problem?

I kind of find it funny that when I moved in they made such an effort to let me know that they take mold very seriously as it was a problem as the last place I lived and I have very severe allergies to it. Not even two weeks after I moved in so did the mold! Have they done anything to fix it? Not a thing. Do they even call me back to follow up about it? Of coarse not. Am I still severely allergic? Unfortunately yes. Am I counting the days until I am out of this hell hole. YES!!
Good luck with your mold situation my friend.

I went to them with this issue and told them I was worried about it because I know 3 people that have lived in these apartments and they all said the same thing to me... "nothing was ever done to correct the issue". I was told that they take mold seriously and that it would be fixed. 2 weeks after they came in and "fixed" the issue it was back. I never went to them again because I knew it would be futile. The time they did come in to bleach and paint the person used one of our dish towels to clean up after himself and then left it haning over the kitchen sink. When we got home the next day the towel was in pieces. These people are works of art!! Then on top of it they took 300.00 out of my 700.00 deposit for "cleaning"
