I work hard for the income I bring in and I spent a lot of time choosing an apartment to spend that money on and move my family into.

Discovery Park Apartment Homes offer a lot of things I find convenient and bonus to what I pay in rent.

I'm able to use a 24 hour fitness room in the middle of the night when my schedule allows. It is kept clean and functional, unlike other apartments or condo communities I've lived in before.

I live near the one dumpster, so it's not a problem for me, and mold has not been an issue either. I keep a couple windows cracked open, anyway, so maybe that's why - who knows.

Anyway, I don't know what the stink is about, but these apartments have been great to me. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Oh ya I agree it must be management writing because if you work hard for your money then you wouldn't be spending it to live here in these OVERPRICED apartments. You may get a MOVE_IN special but when your lease is up you'll go up to over $800 for a 2 bedroom not including water/sewer/garbage & a 3 bedroom has gone up to $1250 for one of my neighbors.(2 years ago these ran for $500 & 650)

My thoughts, exactly. Managment is catching wind of all the negative reviews and are trying to boost their average by coming on here and leaving FALSE positive reviews. Now we can add deception to our list of issues. And if this were an actual renters review, I would greatly discourage you to leave a window cracked. I did at the managements recommendation and it resulted in my apartment getting broken into and losing severl movies, cds, gaming equip., jewelry, etc.

It doesn't take a lot of brains to place a piece of wood in your window so it doesn't open more than you want it to. I live on a 2nd floor, so cracking my windows is not a problem for me. You people crack me up how you conspire to bring down the man, when truthfully, the man doesn't care. I'm sure that right now, (and if not, they should be), the management is sitting back thinking the three of you have formed the moron brigade and everything you post here can be taken with a grain of salt. These are all my opinions, but what you guys are doing is slandering the management and committing internet libel with all the crap you have spewing from your keyboards. I wish you luck in ending your leases early, or in finding a place that will tolerate you in the future. If you were living next door to me, it'd be good riddance once you packed up the ol' U-haul and got to steppin'.

All I can say is WOW. This place is ridiculous. And I agree with the majority of the people rating on this website and could not care less about what anyone thinks about it. I would not put it past the manager at the complex to reply to these messages in such a unprofessional manner. Maybe if you did a better job you wouldn't have to stick up for yourself and your incompetence on an internet rating system. Just my opinion......

I always have to stop and question a review when there are numerous negative reviews given on different days then all of a sudden there are two glowing reviews in ONE DAY... amazing that the two people who just adore this place happen to comment on the same day. Also the fact that the good reviews happen to try and defend all of the negative reviews combined into one great "fake" review. The fact that you need to recommend to someone that they keep their window open in order to avoid mold - there is a serious problem! Normal housing does not require special circumstance to avoid mold! My reccomendation is to spend less time writing fake reviews and more time running the complex! Maybe then you might get REAL positive reviews not fake ones!

I do agree that this post in perticular does seem fake. I dont know many tennants that refer to this place by Discovery Park Apartment Homes. I just call it Discovery Park. How ever, i do know the on-site property managers personally, and i dont beleive that they would waste their time on here. They are both really kind, intelligent, and dont seem to be the type to sit online and belittle people. We are entitled to our opinions about weather or not we like our homes. I for one, love mine.
