My sister's brother in law was charged a large bill after moving out. She had video taped how the place looked after I moved out. I had a cat and he broke the blinds, so I purchased new ones the day before I moved out. They tried to charge me for cleaning the blinds!'! State law says they have 14 days to send a bill or deposits back. I waited nearly 3 weeks, finally sued in small claims court. Amazingly right after served they sent a bill for over 500.00. I still sued and wone the full amount I paid. Keep careful records. Sue them if you must, well worth the time.

How many times are you going to post this? You are in violation of the site's policies. Your "sister's brother in law" then it changes to being about you? AND, this story is already posted from some time ago. Why waste your time after 5 years to come back and try to drop their rating some more?
