Where should I begin? A sex offender in the complex. I can hear my neighbors pee, poop, and vomit in the morning from both of the bathrooms. Children are not properly watched. White trash area surrounding the apartment and many of the tenants are as well. Screen door is broken. The closet door goes through periods of shutting and not shutting. Called management to speak with them and never got called back (more than once). Small living room area in the 3 br. I live in a parking lot. Very VERY cramped parking area. One trash compactor for everyone, and people leave their poop-filled diapers sitting outside of it instead of inside. Noisy leaf blowers and discourteous operators. Sliding glass door leading outside from the master bedroom gives a sense of almost no privacy on the ground floor. Discourteous neighbors don't abide by quite time rules. People don't respect smoking rules. Just don't do it.
