I wasn't allowed to view the apartment before I signed the lease, it was dirty when I moved in, and my family has been sick since two weeks after we moved in. My stove didn't work for almost a month, my hot water heater burns then frezzes you, and the neighbors across the parking lot were evicted for cooking meth in their apartment. Also, no one gets their deposit back unless you take management to court.

There is no management here..just mold. When told about leak in bathroom, spreading onto hallway rug and causing mold in closet, "management" (if you want to call them that), told me to vacuum it up...repeatedly. Finally they called in someone to inspect the premises. I was present during inspection by someone finally called in. I witnessed the confirmation of the presence of mold. I was offered another apartment, but management didn't show up for the appointment to show it. I moved and they kept my deposit. I doubt that any tenant has ever received a deposit. MOLD and lazy management.
