So I havn't lived here for two years but my experience is different. The management is new , Stacy does a great job and has been right on top of any maintinence request I've had, Bill (the maintinence guy) lives on the property and is really nice.
Also I have three girls so I love that there are kids around to play with and residents are considerate while driving through. I'm not a racist so hispanic tenants don't bother me at all, we acctually have some neighbors who were really helpfull with our heavy stuff when we moved in.
