So I havn't lived here for two years but my experience is different. The management is new , Stacy does a great job and has been right on top of any maintinence request I've had, Bill (the maintinence guy) lives on the property and is really nice.
Also I have three girls so I love that there are kids around to play with and residents are considerate while driving through. I'm not a racist so hispanic tenants don't bother me at all, we acctually have some neighbors who were really helpfull with our heavy stuff when we moved in. So all in all I'm happy to be there.
