Due to the nature of the users policys of this site, I have revised my review to reflect a kinder, gentler review. Evidently they only allow rave reviews, without any evidence of the truth. One unkind word is rewarded by the banishment of said review. As for those of you that think unkind reviews posted by some make us horrible people....TOO BAD!! This is America, I?m entitled to my opinion and the first ammendment to the Consitution gives me the right to express it.
The owners of this complex, in their infinite wisdom, have decided to remove
all the garbage containers and centralize the garbage in one place. This is a
large complex, which means the poor people that live on the edges have to either
walk or drive their garbage all the way to.....Oh, that?s right, in all the
corespondence, they haven?t mentioned where it?s at. They say this will save us money....ok, HOW'
For what we pay for rent, I don?t think I should have to walk my
garbage halfway across the complex to a compactor.
Also, after a year, we still don?t have fire detectors that opertate
properly. Which is against the law.

The grounds are nice, there is tons of parking, and the apartments are nice
enough...but the management is antagonistic and rude. We have had multiple differences of opinion with the current management, resulting in our moving to a new home. Our move had nothing to do with our financial status, being unreasonable or undesireable. We just decided we didn't like the way we were being treated.
