Overall, like many residents have written, it is pretty good to stay here. However, there are some inconvenience (having to bring your garbabge to the sole compactor in the compound and it needs a key too) and many rules. Some of which are restrictions on what can be placed on your patio, having to park in a certain manner or keep your front door spik and span. Also the sprinker is not well adjusted meaning that it sprays your car and leaves calcium water spots that takes a few car wash to get rid of. Finally the high move in and move out fees. Generally, almost all your deposit is taken away as cleaning fee no matter how well you clean up when you move out. I suppose that is the case for all apartments anyway.
