Effective and welcoming staff, certainly well done there. Will go the extra effort for resident. But with one staff is really over friendiness to the point of being fake.

The company behind it really trying to wring money from residents as much as possible though. Every lease renewal is an increase
not only in rental and water charges. And they will just cook up all kind of cleaning charges to take all your deposit regardless of how much clean the apartment is. Spoke to another resident who rented when the rates were higher, even after renewing their rent twice, they did not get a market rate but always got their old rates.

Really overall, you get great service, newer apartment but poorer facilities at a higher rental rate compared to the nearby
apartments. Depends on what your needs are.
