I'd look elsewhere even though the location was great. The office staff was slightly condescending and not very pleasant. You'll be appreciated upon moving in and a nuisance when moving out. It is obvious that this industry has very few repeat customers. But, it is no excuse to treat residents so badly. I would think twice before living here.
One last thing... They will take every last dollar of your deposit even though I left that place in better condition then when I moved in. There is an obvious take all move out policy. I'm sure it was implemented by the not so great managment.

I AM a "repeat customer". As life as it, I am needing to find a new place of residency and I would not move anywhere else other than here. Not sure how dirty you left your apartment, I left mine great and got my deposit back.

I am in agreement with not a first choice.If you haven't signed a lease run now.The manager is a money sucker.

I cleaned my apartment when I moved out and they kept my whole deposit and falsely made claims that aren't true.I have to hire a lawyer now to get my money back.
