The wall is so thin you can hear your next door neighbor closing their cabinet door, flush the toilet, etc.
Don't know if it is market related ornot. But, the rent increased by 10% rently during my renewal (2 months ago).
There are lot of "abandon" cars / trucks in the parking lots that take up spaces.
Office closed early (e.g., 3pm) frequently.

I have never had trouble with parking, nor with finding anyone in the office. I did get an increase, but when I went to look elsewhere everyone else was higher and not as nice with lots of garbage. I renewed my lease!!
