The primary problem I had with this place is that it has a horrible design for pedestrians. Not only are there no sidewalks between buildings (meaning you walk in the mud to get to the garbage, or the office), there are no *lights* either. Who knows if that is really mud you are stepping in. And to top it off, throwing your garbage out means hiking through the entire complex to one single central compactor! I lost track of how many times I actually dumped my garbage across the street at the restaurant because it was closer--and had streetlights and sidewalks to get there!

So, unless you are a complete moron and drive your SUV from one spot in the complex to another, it has a horrible layout. I hear car drivers are not happy with it either; as parking is cramped. I wouldn't know about that angle.

Management is split between dotty and aloof. One treats you like a grandchild, the other treats you like an inferior human specimen. Both of them have drawn up a ridiculous set of rules. Check-out is unnecessarily harsh when you leave. They are going to have to scrub down that place anyway for the next tennet, don't charge me for what you gotta do.

This is one of those sterile, soulless suburbian "communities" you can lose your life in. They spray untold tons of bark dust all over your porch ever year as a substitute for landscaping; plant a new batch of pansies every week rather than care for the ones they have; and offer bland, boxy apartment layouts. As the others have noted, the walls are extremely thin. You will hear everything that your neighbors do. Everything.

I can attest to paper thin walls.I moved in and my grandaughter could hear my neighbors having you know what. She asked what the noise was!The manager has the personality of a dead person.
