My husband and I lived here a few years ago and loved it. Yes, the walls are super thin, but so are most places. The apartment layout was good, the appliances were good. The managment, although coming across a little strangely at first, were very helpful and nice once you got to know them. Some people on this forum complained about the rules, but I thought they were great! When you have thin walls, you definately need quiet-time rules! The best thing about this complex was the location. You are so close to everything in Fishers Landing, and close to SR14, yet far enough away that you don't hear all of the traffic. I'm not sure what rent is now, but at the time we thought it was pretty reasonable. Trust me. We live in the Seattle area now, and Vancouver has NO IDEA what high rent is all about! We currently live in an apartment that is the same size as Eight Towncenter and pay almost $1300 a month! If you want to live in the Fishers Landing area, this apartment complex is by far one of the better ones.
