Very high rents. Criminal and safety concerns an issue. My rent was increased a total of 20% this year (base rent, water, lock up, going month to month). Also have safety/security issues. Mail has just be stolen. Lost my GPS from my car.

Your an idiot. Your complaining that you lost your gps... How is that the Appartments fault? Go buy a map you retard.

Maybe a bad choice of words. When I say lost the GPS....I mean my car was broken into and the GPS was stolen. As I said in my original post, security is an issue in this complex. Its the apartments role to provide a safe and secure environment. Its not so much the fault of the apartment, but it does provide a clear indication of the quality of the apartment.
