I LOVED this property!
I haven't lived in WA for about 4 years so I don't know how it is now... as far as management and staff. BUT, I can talk about the buildings and location!
I loved the layout of my apartments. I first lived in the studio and I loved it. I couldn't have asked for more. I rarely heard my neighbors (sometimes I did but HELLO, it's an apartment!) and layout was like nothing I have ever seen. I loved it!
Than I moved out. Big mistake. I moved into a house in Camas. It was a great house, nice loction (after you got use to the paper mill) and it was fun living in a house... but I had a bad roommate.
Back to 8TC! I moved back and into a 1 bedroom. Even better. I was on the second floor in both apartments and those vaulted ceilings rocked!!! I again hardly heard my neighbors which was a surprise because they both had new born babies! I loved it.
I used the pool all the time! I am from MN so I'm not use to having warmer weather in April! It was great. And having the tanning there was so great. I wish they had a workout room but it's OK.
The location was perfect. Close to the river, Fred Meyer was less than a block, 24 hour fitness was a 10 minute drive and so was the movie theatre. Great places to eat were all around me. Perfect for someone who was from out of state because I didn't get lost searching for things. Once I found the Target, I was in heaven!
I was sad to break my lease. I had to move back to MN with 2 weeks notice. The staff in the office at the time... I think her name was Lisa, was so understanding and helpful. I loved it.
I hope they are as good now as they were than. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

You are in for a real change if you ever move back to these apartments!Lisa is anything but understanding and helpfull. The only thing she helps herself to is your deposit!I can hear my neighbors constantly because of the paper thin walls! The floors upstairs shake when you walk on them. The complex was built cheap and fast to get renters in.Very deceitful looking complex. And management is worse.
