We've lived here for years and love it! We love the beautiful landscaping, the management staff and our neighbors! Neighbors look out for each other here and we respect one another! No silly business is allowed! If you can't be respectful and follow the rules; don't move here because it will not be tolerated! Whenever we have a maintenance need; -----------------------------------bend over backwards to accomodate our schedules. This is a peaceful and safe environment to raise children and the schools are the best! We highly recommend living here!

I don't know what you mean by silly business? I expect the staff to be professional and they are anything but.Bend over backwards? How about do as little as possible! They don't fix anything until it breaks!Safe environment for whom? The lighting at night is disastrous. One dumpster for the whole complex and you have to walk to get to it rain and all. They don't like children it's obvious they way they talk to them.---- is a cold hearted manager on a power trip and ----- is very strange.

After reading multiple postings to this site, I have come to a conclusion: If you like it there -- wonderful! Keep renewing your lease and enjoy where you live. If you don't like living there, then go someplace else. You signed a lease just like everyone else who lives in any apartment community. You have a choice to break it and move early, and accept the consequences, or to suck it up and stay, and accept the consequences, and then leave when your lease has expired. It gets old when people just whine and complain.

I don't think most of us are "whining & complaining"; I think we're trying to warn others that there might be problems with this apartment complex. On the surface it looks good; it wasn't until we moved in that we discovered many of the problems. And it was bad enough that we did break our lease, something we've never done before.

I live in the building furthest from the trash compactor. I toss my trash in the trunk and drop it off on my way out in the morning. No biggie. I always wonder if it is different from building to building. I have great quiet neighbors. I've never had any problem with maintenance. You said, "They don't fix something until it is broken." That seems quite logical to me. I have lived in 3 other, "luxury," apartment conferences in the area. This is by far the best.
