The apartments themselves are what you would expect for the money. Not great, not horrible. The cable situation does suck, and the people who laid the walkways were idiots...anytime it rains you have to get out your hip waders! Parking is what you would expect in a complex, crowded. However, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they have always fixed anything as soon as I have told them about it. Overall, it is typical of the apartments in Vancouver for the money that you spend. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
